Beyond the Artboard
Hi, I’m Bhakti , a graphic designer in the making, hobby enthusiast by nature, and living proof that one person can have way too many interests.
Born and brought up in Solapur, Maharashtra, and studying graphic design at NID Ahmedabad, I am a person who loves to do maths in my free time, I love making things, exploring ideas, and finding good stories to tell. I’m a happy, energetic person who loves cheering people on and bringing enthusiasm wherever I go..
When I’m not designing, you’ll probably find me dancing, sketching, creating content, playing sports, hunting for good food, or picking up yet another hobby. Basically, a little bit of everything, always up for something new!
Life in Motion
Dance has always been a way for me to express myself beyond words. From doing
theatre as a child to never missing a chance to perform in college, I’ve always loved
being on stage. I love the energy of performing, the thrill of an audience, and the
feeling of getting completely lost in the music. Whether I’m learning new choreography
or stepping into the spotlight, performing is one of those things that lets me be
unapologetically myself.
Keeping Active
From gym sessions to football, pickleball, badminton, pool, and carrom, I’m always up for trying a sport or getting into a little friendly competition. I love staying active, learning new games, and honestly, I’m rarely one to say no to a game!
Always an Artist!
I’ve been drawing for as long as I can remember. In school, I was the person friends turned to for help with their biology textbook diagrams. From sketching and painting to making little crafts, I’ve always loved creating with my hands. Today, I especially enjoy live sketching, capturing people and moments as they unfold. I guess I was an artist long before I knew what being a designer meant.
Out there Somewhere!
For me, travelling is about more than just visiting places. It’s about discovering new cultures, collecting experiences, and saying yes to little adventures. It’s also my way of taking a break, refreshing my mind, and coming back with a fresh perspective.
Coffee, Cafés & Cravings
Food is more than just food for me; it’s a little escape and something I genuinely love experiencing. I’m always up for trying a new café, discovering something I’ve never eaten before, or simply sitting down for a good meal. And coffee? If you’re going for one, count me in!
Where My Empathy Began
Animals have always been a huge part of my life and a big reason I’ve learned to be more empathetic. I love them in a way that’s hard to put into words, and I’ve always felt a special connection with them. If there’s an animal around, chances are I’ve already stopped to say hello.
