Thehra, a song by Chaar Diwaari, meaning to stand still, served as the inspiration for our motion graphics music video. Through abstract visuals and movement, we aimed to interpret the song's emotional depth and underlying narrative.

The video follows a central character navigating an overwhelming inner world. Three abstract elements, each representing a different emotional weight, visualise the thoughts and feelings that surround and influence him.

Through rhythm, movement, and visual abstraction, we explore the contrast between internal chaos and stillness. As the intensity builds, moments of calm emerge, reflecting the idea of finding stillness amidst the chaos rather than escaping it.
